Once dispatched, your order should be with you in 2-6 working days.

Please note, any orders with a delivery address at a pack station or PO box are unable to be delivered by our couriers. Doing so will delay your order by up to 3 weeks, so please ensure you use a business or residential address on your order.

If you are due to receive a free gift with your product this will be sent as a separate package and will have a longer delivery period.

Deliveries can only be made to a ground floor location and therefore any further transport to another locality will be the responsibility of the customer.

We can indeed confirm that we have introduced an extended returns period effective on all purchases made from 1st November. If you buy an item from us in the period from the 1st November through until Christmas then you have until the 31st January to authorise the return with us. This will mean you can contact us during this period to request the return of unused and unopened goods for a full refund and we can provide instructions on how to do so.
